Brandon Robbins
Pastor

Pastor Brandon is a graduate of James Madison University (B.A.) and Duke University (M.Div.).

On his weekends, he loves going to the candy shop with his wife LeeAnn and his daughters Emma & Aubrey, reading, and playing the occasional video game.

One thing you might not know just by looking at him is that he has several songs on iTunes (check out "Chasing Cars" by "Something Borrowed, Something Blue").

Finally, if he was down to his last meal on earth, he would make sure to have the sharpest slice of cheddar cheese he could find!

Holly Winebrenner
Office Administrator

Holly is a graduate of Northern Virginia Community College.

On her days off, she enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband, Mark, and her daughters. Megan and Erin.  She also enjoys going out to eat or eating at the homes of friends - wherever she doesn't have to cook :-D

Just by looking at her, most people wouldn't know that she grew up in Ft. Myers, FL and was a year-round swimmer.  Her nickname growing up was "Little Fish."

If she only had one last meal to eat, it would be steak, baked potato, and salad.

Debbie Andrews
Director of Children's Ministry

Debbie is a graduate of Agnes Scott College (B.A.), Georgia State University (M.Ed.) and Regent University (M.A.).

Her favorite things to do are to spend time with family and friends, read, take walks, and explore thrift stores.

Something you might not know just by looking at her is that she loves to travel and she drove cross country a couple of years ago. 

Finally, if she was down to her last meal on earth, she would definitely have home baked bread and ice cream!

& Modern Worship

Brandon is a graduate of Liberty University.

When he isn't working he enjoys surfing and skimboarding down at the oceanfront.

Brandon says that despite is love of water sports, most people don't realize that he is actually quite accident-prone and has had many stitches.

If he could only have one last meal on earth, he would choose fried clams.

Diane Sterling
Director of Adult Ministries

Diane grew up in southwestern Pennysylvania. Upon graduation from high school, she began a banking career which brought her to Virginia Beach in 1973. 

After 20 yrs in the banking industry she switched gears and worked at a nearby preschool for about 15 yrs. 

In her spare time she loves to garden and enjoy the outdoors with her family and friends. She also loves to travel, especially to the sunny Caribbean. 

One think you might not know is that she hates scary movies, and doesn't like to be afraid.

Finally, if she only had one last meal, it would have to be veal marsala.

Rachel McBee

Church Treasurer

Rachel attended ODU and received a Bachelors in Business with a major in Accounting. She grew up on Little Neck Road. 

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 4 children, playing on the beach, paddleboarding, camping and mainly spending time outdoors.

Most people do not know that she is one of 8 children.

If Rachel had one meal left on earth, she would have steak and seafood.

Ryan Jefferson
Pianist

Ryan is a graduate of Old Dominion University.

In his free time, he enjoys completing projects around the house, doing yard work, playing golf, and spending time with his family.

You might not know it by looking at him, but he enjoys reading biographies of presidents and historical figures, and reading about personal finance, investing, and retirement

If he could only have one last meal on earth, it would be filet mignon, creamy mashed potatoes, and his wife Michelle's Lemon Lush dessert.

Michelle Jefferson

Choir Director

Michelle is a graduate of Old Dominion University. 

In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach in the summer, playing games like Rummikub and Sequence with her family, going on date nights with her husband, and planning fun activities like concerts and vacations. 

You might not know that she and her husband met in the youth group at LUMC, got engaged in front of the entire congregation in 2003 and were married here in 2005. 

If she only had one meal left to eat, it would definitely be something at a Mexican restaurant.
